Bhavya’s -

Life’s challenges can be overwhelming at times, but a furry friend by your side can make all the difference. The simple act of cuddling with your pet can release stress and promotes sense of well being. Bhavya is one of those, coming from orthodox family, for whom cuddling with animals happened right from her childhood. Her home is filled with Pets showered with unconditional love and limitless pampering. As she started growing, Life started throwing arrows from all angles and left her in the state of unknowing. With questions running always in her mind, with every relation in and around, she found the best companion and the loyal relationship from her pets. With interest and Passion towards animals, steps were taken to start the graduation in veterinary but ended as pharmacist with time. In search of happiness, Before its too late, She realized that nothing gives her more joy than the company of pets. She left the carrier in pharmacy and she found her self in Pet Grooming. With the love and affection on Pets, she had rescued various pets with help of people around and adopted some of them. Bhavya is a certified pet groomer, trained and mentored by Leena M (Pawpad). Over the experience, she had trained and groomed various breeds of Dogs and Cats.

The beauty of human-pet relationship lies in its simplicity. No matter who we are and where we come from, Pets Love us unconditionally. Ayet, In Young age, who is in search of finding an income source for family, started his journey in a Salon. Coming from a Simple village family background, Ayet found this unconditional love with all the Pet animals around, he got connected more with animals and started loving them. With the Love and affection on the animals, carrier took a shift from Men’s Salon to a Pet Salon. The passion towards animal care made him to learn and understand every aspect of pet care. Over the time, he had experienced with various breed Dogs and Cats, and able to handle all kind of temperament in Pets and train them to behave good.

  1. With proper pet grooming, you can get rid of shedding, ticks, fleas and various unhealthy conditions of your pet. Grooming also gives a cute healthy look to your pet.
  1. Its important to have your puppy groomed as soon as possible so that they get used to and learn to love the grooming experience. We recommend they come in two weeks after the last set of vaccination.
  1. Approximate time for each treatment is listed on our service page. The time will depend on the breed, nature of the pet and the length of the hair. Usually for small breeds it takes around 2:30hrs , Big breeds may be 2-3hrs.
  1. Grooming charges depends on breed, short coat, long coat and the cooperative nature of your pet. We prefer to mention the charges based on the time it takes with a min /max range.
  1. Yes, They are on the higher side considering the fact that the amount of time being spent for each grooming session. we need to handle different kinds of breeds and their temperament. Some cases the pets might be new for grooming, aggressive, hyper active and non-cooperative by nature. we do train them and spend some time to make them like the grooming before we start. So, we charge them considering all these factors.
  1. Yes , you are required to book an appointment by calling us on our contact number. We do allow the walk in only in case if the slot is available for us to treat your pet. If we are already busy with another pet, your pet service has to wait. We do not want to stack up the appointments. We prefer to do one at a time. So, we recommend the customers to take prior appointment.
  1. We , @ Woof Magic Spa, have partitioned grooming area and visitor area with glass door view. pet owners can see the whole grooming process from visitor area. Pet owners might be allowed inside grooming area for some time to make their pet comfortable before we start the grooming process. we request the pet parents to maintain calm environment during the grooming process to avoid any distraction to pets and groomers during the process.
  1. We do not suggest to keep your pet longer in our studio. Pet might get stress out and not good to keep them on table for longer time. Our best practice is to call and inform the customer before 15mins to pick your pet.
  1. If for any reason you are not happy with the service we provided, please advise us in next two business days. We will try our best to rectify it. Customers satisfaction is important to us and we take great pride in our service.
