How the points work

You earn a point for every rupee you pay, on every visit. Points are worth 5% back, so they add up like this:

1. Book and pay as usual. The points land the moment your pet has been in.
2. They build up across visits — there is no expiry and nothing to activate.
3. At 3,000 points, ₹150 comes off your next visit. We recognise you by the telephone number you book on and take it off before you pay.
4. Points are spent 3,000 at a time, and only on a visit big enough to use them in full — so none of them are ever wasted on a small appointment.

Our offers do not stack: if a first-visit discount or a referral reward saves you more on the day, that one applies and your points stay where they are for next time.

How the referral works

1. Book in. Your confirmation carries a code of your own.
2. Pass it to a friend. There is a share button on the confirmation that writes the message for you.
3. They enter it when they book.
4. Once they have been in, 20% comes off a visit of yours. We apply it automatically the next time you book on the same number.
